What do I need to log in?

  • The mobile number you provided at registration.
  • Your password or OTP.
  • An internet connection — mobile data or Wi-Fi.

The most common reason for login issues is an incorrect password. After three failed attempts, your account will be temporarily locked. In that case, click the "Forgot Password?" link and reset it using the OTP sent to your mobile.

21 Be offers Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to keep your account secure. Once enabled from Settings, you'll need to enter an OTP every time you log in — blocking any unauthorized access.

When you log in from a new device or browser, 21 Be sends a security verification to your mobile. Enter the code to confirm it's you. This keeps your account protected at all times.
